Welcome to SBT Holidays. By booking or using our car rental and travel services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

SBT Holidays provides car rental services including Innova Crysta, Tempo Traveller, and other vehicles for local, outstation, airport transfer, and tour purposes.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability of vehicles.
• Booking confirmation will be shared via call, WhatsApp, or message.
• Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
• All tolls, parking charges, state taxes, and permits are extra unless specified.
• Any additional usage beyond agreed time or distance will be charged extra.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
• No refund may be provided for last-minute cancellations.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.

5. Usage & Responsibility

• Vehicles must be used only for lawful purposes.
• Customers are responsible for any damage caused due to negligence.
• Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

6. Driver & Vehicle

• All vehicles are provided with a licensed and experienced driver.
• Driver working hours are subject to government regulations.
• Night charges may apply for late-night travel.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

SBT Holidays is not responsible for delays or service disruption caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, mechanical issues, or events beyond our control.

8. Liability

SBT Holidays shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

SBT Holidays reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
